At IVA Essentials, every blessed kit, sankalp, and ritual offering is prepared with devotion, spiritual care, and sacred intention. Since many of our offerings are personalized and connected to temple rituals performed during Shravan Maas, certain items and services are non-returnable once processed.

By placing an order with IVA Essentials, you agree to the policy below.

1. Personalized Ritual & Sankalp Orders

All orders involving:

  • Sankalp inclusion
  • Temple archana
  • Personalized pooja rituals
  • Blessed pooja kits prepared in your name

are considered personalized spiritual offerings.

Once your sankalp has been submitted for temple rituals or your blessed kit preparation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This is standard practice across many devotional and ritual-focused stores.

2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We offer replacements or refunds only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The package was significantly damaged during transit
  • Your order was lost in shipping

To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Packaging images

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial/full refund (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sacred, hygienic, and personalized nature of spiritual offerings, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Blessed pooja kits
  • Sankalp cards
  • Temple-prayed items
  • Prasad
  • Rudraksha, malas, or energized spiritual items
  • Customized devotional products
  • Opened or used pooja items
  • Ritual services already performed

This aligns with common policies followed by spiritual and ritual-based ecommerce stores.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before:

  • ritual processing begins, OR
  • dispatch preparation starts.

Once your sankalp has been assigned for temple rituals or your blessed kit enters preparation, cancellation will no longer be possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • 5–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Ritual & Spiritual Disclaimer

IVA Essentials respectfully performs spiritual rituals with devotion and sincerity. Spiritual experiences and personal beliefs may vary from devotee to devotee.

While every ritual is conducted with utmost authenticity and care, we do not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, or life outcomes from any ritual, blessing, or sacred offering.
